San Fedele d'Intelvi is a locality located at an altitude of 779 meters above sea level.
Its foundation dates back to many years ago, since this area was already inhabited in prehistoric times, as evidenced by some cupelli-shaped erratic boulders found by archaeologists.
A necropolis was also discovered near the town, whose excavations brought to light several finds from the 8th century BC; there are also numerous tombs from the Roman era.
