Lazy: Middle road
Length: 2.6 km – Max difference in altitude: 90 m – Duration: approx. 45 min
DESCRIPTION BY THE FRIENDS OF PIGRA ASSOCIATION
The "middle road" path cuts through the forest horizontally without any particular differences in height. Easy and shaded, it winds between tall beech trees and a quiet environment in which all the visitor's senses are captured by the rustle of the wind, the roar of the water and the singing of the birds.
The initial part crosses a pine forest and continues between old dry stone walls and streams (in Pigrese: "quai") to then reach a fountain for watering the animals.
Further on, the path narrows until the end of the route, marked by special signs.
