Conference regarding the dairy tradition of the Intelvi Valley and sensorial evaluation of six traditional Intelvi cheeses. Followed by the presentation ceremony of the "City of Onaf cheeses" plaque to the Municipality of Centro Valle Intelvi.

Games and shows will be active throughout the day in the historic village. The following are planned during the day (detailed program will follow): local market with stalls selling artisanal products; treasure hunt; Photo exhibition; art and culture; aperitif dinner (by reservation), with evening concert; visit to the Workers' Society museum.

It's a party in Castiglione Intelvi on Saturday 27th July. We dance, dine and have fun. At the civic space of the Centro Valle Intelvi hamlet, starting from 7.00 pm, there will be grilling. The evening will be animated by DJ Engel from Switzerland. For the little ones, fun is guaranteed with the inflatables.
