RULES FOR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PADEL COURT
ART. 1 – OBJECT
This document regulates the methods of access and use of the padel court located in Loc. Castiglione.
By accessing the facility, users acknowledge that they have read these specifications and accept all the conditions of use contained therein.
ART. 2 – ACCESS AND RULES OF CONDUCT
The pitch is available to players from 8.00 to 23.00
Access to the field and the changing rooms is permitted only to the players, and possibly to the referee, only during the opening hours of the facility.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and assisted by an adult.
The clothing of the players on the field must be adequate and decent. In particular, the shoes must be strictly suitable for the surface so as not to cause damage to the surface. Playing in a swimsuit or shirtless is not permitted.
During the activity within the camps each visitor must adopt polite, diligent and hygienic behavior in order to avoid risks for themselves and others. Noises or inappropriate language that could disturb citizens are not permitted.
The changing room must be left clean and the consumption of food inside the facility is prohibited. Waste must be placed in the appropriate containers for separate waste collection. Smoking is also prohibited in the camp.
Pets are not allowed in the play area.
ART. 3 – RESPONSIBILITY AND PREVENTION OF INJURIES
The players expressly exempt the municipal administration from any responsibility for damages that may arise as a result of their activities carried out within the facility.
Players are also responsible for any material damage caused to the gaming facilities. Any damage caused must be reported immediately to the Administration.
The Administration will ensure responsibility for any damage to the construction elements of the work caused by incorrect, negligent or malicious behavior and will demand compensation for the costs that will have to be incurred for the restoration.
The Administration does not assume obligations and responsibilities for the custody of materials and any other goods or personal effects during the stay of people in the spaces of the structure
Anyone who enters the padel court must absolutely not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol and/or medications that could affect their psychophysical abilities.
He must also be physically fit for non-competitive sporting activity.
ART. 4 – RATES
The padel court can be used upon payment of the following fees:
€40.00 for 90 minutes without using the lighting
€50.00 for 90 minutes with use of lighting
Reservations and payment of the fee must be made at the Sport bar, adjacent to the structure.
ART. 5 – SANCTIONS
Violations of the provisions dictated by this regulation, unless the fact is foreseen by law as a crime or is sanctioned by special laws, are punished with an administrative fine from €25.00 to €500.00 pursuant to art. 7 bis TUD Legislative Decree 267/2000, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 689/81. The obligation to compensate the damage in economic terms or in equivalent terms in favor of the Municipality of Centro Valle Intelvi remains unchanged, which is not precluded by anything in terms of civil compensation actions. For anything not provided for in this regulation, please refer to the regulations in force on the subject.ART. 6 – FINAL PROVISIONS
The Administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the use and/or temporarily close the field for the following reasons:
• execution of activities for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the plant;
• episodes of intolerance and vandalism;
• holding sporting or other events;
The Administration avails itself of the right to remove users who do not respect these regulations and/or who do not behave in a manner appropriate to good civil life or contrary to safety regulations within the sports facility.
