The parish church of San Benedetto, mentioned as early as 1186 in the will of a cleric, is an example of Romanesque style architecture. In the 17th century it underwent renovations and was enlarged; among the structural changes attributable to this phase is that of the bell tower which was raised and equipped with a baroque lantern. The interior of the church, with a single nave, houses interesting works of art, among which stand out a Renaissance marble tabernacle, the splendid altar with marble inlays, the work of Bartolomeo Della Torre, and the fresco on the vault of the presbytery, depicting Saint Benedict in glory and attributed to Carlo Carloni. The exterior features a baptistery containing an ancient white marble basin from Venice and wooden statues.
