The works in the Polline exhibition are set up along a circular path that allows visitors to discover and immerse themselves in the landscape that characterizes the woods and valleys that lead to Mount Generoso, uniquely combining contemporary art with the history and naturalistic heritage of the Vale d'Intelvi.
The title of the exhibition, Pollen, refers to the mutual exchange that is established between the works and the natural context, in a continuous dialogue between the artistic and spiritual dimensions of nature.
The works can be freely enjoyed along the path and are permanently exhibited.
Easy circular route lasting approximately 45 minutes.
How to reach the route:
From Centro Valle Intelvi (CO) – San Fedele location
By car: From Piazza GB Carminati (Centro Valle Intelvi, loc. San Fedele) take the main road (Provincial road) towards Alta Valle Intelvi – Lanzo. After the shopping centre, turn left onto Via Monte Generoso (second road on the left after the shopping centre – you can see the bus station):
Continue on this road until “Alpe Grande” (you will see a large parking lot and a picnic area); from here turn right (follow the sign “Baita di Orimento”) and continue straight until about 1 km before the village of Orimento where you will find a large parking area on the right.
After parking your car, take the path on the right of the parking area (you will find a sign for Alpe di Gotta).
