“THE WHEELS OF BREAD” exhibition explores the factories of the Val d'Intelvi (mills and hammers) and of Italy.
Project financed with PNRR funds included in the Borghi Notice (Centro Valle Intelvi, Cerano Intelvi and Schignano Municipalities) and divided into different sections, created thanks to the collaboration of AIAMS – Amici dei Mulini Storici d'Italia (Revere di Mantova).
Inside the exhibition there is a space dedicated to the historic factories of the Telo Park, with documents of great importance. The exhibition also includes three-dimensional models of Leonardo's machines, which inspired the construction of various types of machinery, proposed on a smaller scale.
A model of a mill in the Intelvi Valley (Mulino Traversa – Cerano) is compared with a floating mill on the Po and much more.
An event to recall our local roots, its history and its tradition.
“Exhibitions of this magnitude – explain the Mayors of the Administrations involved – have the aim of reviving history with its traditions”.
The exhibition will be open on weekends (Saturday 9.30am to 12pm and from 3pm to 5pm, Sunday from 9.30am to 12pm).
