In 1506 this small oratory with a gabled facade replaced the ancient partially collapsed plebeian church on whose remains the parish Church of Saint Stephen was built. The interior is divided in two bays and a presbytery dedicated to the Virgin of Sorrows from which the sacristy can be reached. The second bay has two rectangular chapels. The 17th century chapel to the right is dedicated to Saint Agatha while the one to the left, which can be dated to about 1800, is dedicated to the Crucifixion and contains a multicoloured scagliolaplaster frontal piece. Externally, the facades have irregular stonework in viewwhile the facade is plastered and decorated with fake stone ashlars around the central oculus and along the edges. Date of construction: 1587
