FROM LANZO INTELVI TO MONTE GENEROSO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guided mountain E-bike tour to discover fantastic corners of the Intelvi Valley, admire wonderful landscapes and travel along historic paths.<\/p>\n

The route, except for very short connecting sections, is all on dirt roads, therefore the ability to ride a bike on well-marked mountain paths is necessary, but which obviously may present natural passages and roughness such as depressions, branches, leaves, etc.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The departure is from LANZO INTELVI<\/strong>, a short stretch on an asphalt road and we take the path of the trenches, an uphill path of about 5 km completely immersed in beautiful beech forests. We will have the opportunity to stop and admire the trenches of the Cadorna Line, on the border with Swiss territory.<\/p>\n

After about 3 km the path becomes gentler and we reach the Barco dei Montoni where we will take a short break.<\/p>\n

We continue the tour, this time downhill to connect to the path that goes from Orimento to Monte Generoso, which we will reach after about 50 minutes. Once at the top the panorama is 360\u00b0, we are over 1,600 meters and we will have several panoramic points, but for those who want to continue on foot you can reach the terrace at 1,700 meters.<\/p>\n

After having admired and immortalized with photos the surrounding landscape: Lake Lugano, Alps, Po Valley, we begin the descent. The first stretch is the same uphill path, we take the path to Orimento where we will stop at the refuge. From here after a short uphill stretch the smugglers' path immersed in beech and chestnut trees takes us back to the starting point.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49 Participation in this tour requires the ability to ride a bike on dirt and natural mountain trails. Double water bottle recommended. Helmet mandatory. Bring a spare inner tube. As it is a panoramic tour, several stops are planned. A WhatsApp group will be created two days before the tour for information and questions.<\/p>\n

In case of rain the tour is cancelled and any payments made will be refunded.<\/p>\n
