Structural configuration: built in the 17th century to a design by the architect Pietro Spazzi, it was inaugurated in 1678, but over the years it underwent various expansion and renovation works. At the entrance the visitor is welcomed by a beautiful portico with frescoes by Carlo Carloni and a churchyard with 19th century decorations enclosed by an ancient balustrade. The fa\u00e7ade, adorned with cornices and pilasters, houses the statue of the Madonna of Loreto. The interior of the sanctuary features a marble altar, with a polychrome frontal from the 18th century by Francesco Solari.<\/p>

The structure was built in the likeness of the Madonna's house: Christian tradition says that angels transported Mary's house directly from Palestine to Loreto. This earned the Madonna of Loreto the proclamation of "Patroness of aviators".<\/p>

The festival of the Sanctuary is celebrated on the last weekend of January, from Sunday to Monday, three days of solemn celebrations in which the highly venerated Black Madonna of Lanzo is exhibited and carried in procession.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
