The \u201cPath of Poetic Totems\u201d, organized by the APPACuVI association, in the Municipality of Centro Valle Intelvi is an itinerary in five stages of great historical, poetic and landscape value, named as follows:\u00a0<\/p>

1) \u201cGarden of the Righteous\u201d, poetic work by Tiziana Monari \u201cThe October wind\u201d<\/p>

2) \u201cJardin des \u00e9coliers\u201d, poetic work by Andrea Salvatore Migliore \u201cShards of war\u201d<\/p>

3) \u201cThe awakening of consciences\u201d, poetic work by Sergio Orlando (1939-2020) \u201cViandanti\u201d<\/p>

4) \u201cThe dream of freedom\u201d, poetic work by Salvatore Quasimodo \u201cMan of my time\u201d<\/p>

5) \u201cMemorial\u201d, poetic work by Rosa Maria Corti \u201cI have only poor words\u201d<\/p>

Work of the wood sculptor Luca Galli "Verna", these wooden totems in "plein air" aim to dialogue directly with the visitor, in full harmony with the theme of the First Intelvese Poetry Competition entitled "Paths of war for a journey of peace". In their stripped verticality, the Totems, in fact, recall the figure of the soldier, stripped of his humanity, who tells of the inhumanity of war, the anguish of life in the trenches (shreds of fences, nails, shell casings...), the sense of fragility , of the precariousness of life and the desire for peace (wing, dove, the balloons of children who entrust their supplications to the sky, eyes with tears, ...).<\/p>
